G-Dog Da Kiwi #2 - Music
Welcome to resident refugee G-Dog's second installment of Kiwi facts. Amazingly he has come up with 5 facts on kiwi music, a pretty mean feat considering there has only ever been 3 kiwi bands/musicians in Shihad, Scribe (not many if any) and the guy that sings "da da da da, she a slice of heaven oh yeh".

We don't know any one that rolls like that either Scribe.
1. Crowded House is a Kiwi band, not Aussie.
2. Dave Dobbyn and the Finn Brothers, Tim and Neil, are the heroes of NZ music. In the best 100 New Zealand songs of all time, 27 of the 100 songs incorporate them either individually or in bands such as Crowded House, Split Enz (the Finns)Th' Dudes and DD Smash (Dobbyn).
3. Crowded House's last concert was a free concert outside the Sydney Opera house attended by 100,000 people. Despite their last concert being in Straya, they were in fact a Kiwi band.
4. OMC's song 'How Bizarre' unbelievably spent 19 weeks in the American Top 40 charts, debuting on July 7th 1997 and reaching as high as 5th for two weeks from 11th - 25th August 1997.
5. Crowded House is a Kiwi Band, not Aussie.
